1. General information

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.zedrafit.com and to all products and services offered by Zedrafit.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through Zedrafit.com. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Products

Zedrafit offers food supplements and related products. We aim for accurate descriptions and images; minor differences may occur and colors may vary depending on screen settings.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment provider (including iDEAL and credit card) and must be completed before order processing.

5. Orders and agreement

An agreement is concluded when you place an order and receive an order confirmation email. Zedrafit reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or stock issues.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–6 working days. Delivery times depend on location. Zedrafit is not liable for delays caused by carriers. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us via info@zedrafit.com; you then have 14 days to return the product. After we receive the return, we refund the full purchase amount including standard shipping within 14 days.

Exception: sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons (such as opened food supplements) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed (art. 16(e) Consumer Rights Directive).

8. Returns

Returns must be unused, in the original packaging and sufficiently stamped. The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

9. Warranty and complaints

Zedrafit complies with Dutch consumer law. If a product is defective, contact us within a reasonable time; we will offer repair, replacement or a refund. Complaints: info@zedrafit.com — we aim to respond within 14 days. You may also submit a dispute via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Liability

Zedrafit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, misuse of products or temporary website unavailability. Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

11. Intellectual property

All content on Zedrafit.com (images, logos, text) is owned by Zedrafit and may not be copied, distributed or used without written permission.

12. Privacy

Zedrafit processes personal data according to its privacy and cookie policy and complies with the GDPR.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

14. Changes

Zedrafit may modify these Terms at any time; the latest version is always available on the website.
